Lois Cooley

Lois Phelps Cooley, 92, of Colonial Heights, formerly of Petersburg and Richmond, Virginia, passed away on Monday, February 27, 2017. Born April 1, 1924, she was the daughter of the late William C. and Gladys S. Phelps, and was also preceded in death by her husband, David H. Cooley, Sr. Interment will be private.
