Lonnie Clover Jr. SFC Lonnie Clover Jr. U.S Army (Ret), 83, of Petersburg, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at his residence. He was the son of the late Lonnie Clover Sr. and Annie May Clover. Mr. Clover was retired from the U.S. Army serving in both the Korean and Vietnam Wars. Mr Clover is survived by his loving wife Ann Clover and daughter Shevonne Clover-Lee (Ronald); and a granddaughter Imari Ann Johnson all of Petersburg, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Monday evening, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. February 23, 2015 in the Petersburg Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Home & Crematory 3935 S Crater Rd 23805. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday morning February 24, 2015 at the funeral home with the Reverend Dr. Sylvia Tucker officiating. Burial to follow in Southlawn Memorial Park Prince George. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Richmond 4600 Cox Rd Suite 130 Glenn Allen, VA 23060.
