Lorraine Lussier

Lorraine Corrice Lussier, 74, formerly of Petersburg, passed away on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at home, Greeneville, Tennessee. She was the daughter of the late Edgar and Alice Mae Carr Corrice, and was the widow of Ronald E. Lussier Sr. Mrs. Lussier is survived by six children, Lorrene C. Kegris and husband, Jacob of Chester, Lawrence C. Lussier of Greeneville, Tennessee, Ronald E. Lussier Jr. of Chesterfield, Randolph E. Lussier and wife, Dale of Mississippi, Linda C. Crump and husband, James of Greeneville, Tennessee and Christopher J. Lussier of Richmond; two sisters, Lucy Kreisa of Los Angeles, California and Margo Mann of Canada; one brother-in-law, Thomas Lussier of Rhode Island; one sister-in-law, Cheryl Poppe of Massachusetts; 14 grandchildren, Amy Ferguson and her husband, Charles, Rick Kegris, Stacy Newton and her husband, Joshua all of Chesterfield; Ron Lussier and his fiancée, Meggan of Kansas, Becky Lussier of Chesterfield, Stephen Lussier of Louisiana; April Ford and her husband, Dustin of Washington, Laura King and her husband, Shawn of Mississippi; Phillip Mayhew and his wife, Sarah, Patrick Mayhew, Jennifer Reaves and husband, Justin all of Tennessee, Michael Lussier, Mandie Catron, Matthew Catron all of Prince George; and eight great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 11:00a.m. on Monday, July 9, 2012 at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Amelia, 10300 Pridesville Road, Amelia, Va. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard.
