Loretta Jane Parker, 75 of Prince George, passed away Friday May 2, 2014 at her residence. A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday May 9, 2014 in Second Baptist Church 3355 Johnson Road Petersburg, VA 23805. Funeral arrangements by the Petersburg Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 3935 S. Crater Road.
