Lottie Wells

Lottie Perdue Wells, 101, of Matoaca died Sunday, May 18, 2008 at Colonial Heights Health Care Center. She was the daughter of the late William and Francis Knowles Perdue and was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Floyd Wells. She is survived by two sons, Gerald F. Wells and wife Deborah C., Gene B. Wells and wife Evelyn K. all of Matoaca; grandchildren, Stacey L. Wells, Travis S. Wells, Michael W. Wells and wife Alice K., and Patrick D. Wells and wife Beth A.; great-granddaughter, Julia K. Wells; special friends, Patty and Dee Beville, Jr.; numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2008 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard with the Rev. Gale Kirkman officiating. Interment at Sunset Memorial Park, Chester. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
