Lucille Barlow

Lucille Brockwell Barlow, 95, of Colonial Heights, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2011. She was the widow of Richard Moore Barlow. Mrs. Barlow was a member of Highland United Methodist Church in Colonial Heights, and the Colonial Heights Women of the Moose Chapter 131. She is survived by her daughters, Joan A. Barlow of Decatur, Georgia, Kay B. Bowles and husband, Wayne of Chester; one brother, John H. Brockwell and wife, Eunice of Colonial Heights; several nieces and nephews. A graveside service with entombment will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday, June 3, 2011 in Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George, Virginia with the Reverend Dr. Alex Roberts, Pastor Emeritus of Unity Baptist Church, Prince George, Virginia officiating. Mrs. Barlow's remains rest at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 810, Memphis, Tennessee 38101-9087.
