Lucille Jansch

Lucille Wood Jansch, passed away July 31, 2015. She was born on a tobacco farm in Lunenburg County in 1925. She was predeceased by her husband of 49 years, Warren W. Jansch. She is survived by her children, Sharon Carter (Wilson), Sheila Huddle (Jack), Debbie Mayo (Ray), and Bob Hart (Ree), eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and a sister, Marion Boyles. Lucille was the first female Clerk of the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court of Chesterfield retiring in 1991. She was the strong matriarch of a family that she loved dearly and who loved her in return. Funeral services will be held Tuesday Aug. 4, 2015, 11:00 a.m. at Chester United Methodist Church. The family will receive guests 45 minutes before the service and a reception will follow the service. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the church or to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN. Condolences may be registered at www.ealvinsmall.com.
