Luis Garnett Mack, 49, of South Chesterfield, passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2015 at Southside Regional Medical Center. Born in Petersburg, he was the son of Dr. Janice McManus Mack and the late Dr. Garnett Lloyd Mack. He was a life member of Shiloh Baptist Church, a truck driver for Sheridan Transport Company, Alabama, and belonged to the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. He is survived by his mother Dr. Janice McManus Mack, his wife, Trenda Cabiness Mack; three daughters, Cherrelle Y. Mack, Janie D. Mack, and Maya A. Wilkerson; three grandchildren; two brothers, Lloyd J. Mack and Johnnie L. Beale; a sister-in-law; a brother-in-law; one aunt; five uncles; three nephews; two nieces; and other family members. A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 19, 2015 at Shiloh Baptist Church, 6711 Hickory Road, S. Chesterfield, Virginia 23803 with the Reverend Robert L. Dortch and the Reverend Marcus N. Leggett officiating. Entombment will follow in Bermuda Memorial Park, Enon, Virginia.
