Maggyleen Oleyar

Maggyleen "Maggie" H. Oleyar, 79 of Hopewell, passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 in Chippenham Medical Center, Richmond. She was born in Tarboro, N.C. and was the daughter of the late, Daniel E. and Dora Woodfin Harrington. She was preceded in death by her husband, George W Oleyar, son Danny Wayne Rook, daughter Mary Ann Rook and a brother, Daniel E. Harrington Jr. Mrs. Oleyar is survived by her son William E. Rook and wife Janet C. of Petersburg, daughters Virginia Mae Rook of Colonial Heights, Elaine O. Williamson and husband Preston L. of South Carolina, Teresa O Waggoner and husband R. Owen of Hopewell, fourteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday April 9, 2010 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Home and Crematory 2033 Boulevard. Burial will take place Friday 2:30 p.m. at Crestview Memorial Cemetery 489 Smith Church Road Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina 27870. The family will receive friends Thursday April 8, 2010 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
