Margaret Cubbage

Margaret E. Cubbage, 72, of Petersburg, passed away on Friday, April 30, 2010 at Lucy Corr Village. She was the daughter of the late Evirett V. and Juanita Andrews Stanley, and was preceded in death by her husband, Donald G. Cubbage, a son, Larry Alan Cubbage. Mrs. Cubbage was a member of Matoaca Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons, Gerald Wayne Cubbage and wife, Sherry of Powhatan, and Bruce Grant Cubbage and wife, Laura Marie of Chesterfield; six grandchildren; a brother, Bill Stanley of Luray; and a sister, Peggy Presgraves of Hampton. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 3, 2010 at East Matoaca Cemetery, Petersburg with the Reverend Steve Vaughan officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday (tonight) at the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard.
