Margaret B. Greybill, 88, of North Chesterfield, passed away at home after battling lung cancer. Her final days were made more comfortable thanks to the loving care given by her daughter, Marilyn, and by the caregivers from Home Instead Senior Care and Hospice of Virginia. Her loving husband of 52 years, James R. Greybill, preceded her in death on April 10, 1997. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Olene B. Tucker and Jessie L. Spruce. She is survived by daughter, Marilyn G. Covington and husband, Richard B. of North Chesterfield and daughter, Patricia G. Hill and husband, Thomas G. of La Quinta, California; grandson, James R. Covington and wife, Bethany J. of Goochland and granddaughter, Julia H. Marlow and husband, Chad A. of Ladera Ranch, California; great-grandsons, William T. Covington and Chase T. Marlow; nieces, Barbara Spruce of Charleston, West Virginia and Susan S. Mattison and husband, Ernie of Holley, New York; nephew, Billy Keith Spruce of Holley, New York; grand-niece, Ashley Spruce and grand-nephew, Michael Chillari. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Friday, January 11, 2013 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. The procession will leave the funeral home at 12:30 p.m. for a Graveside Service at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 11, 2013 in Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George with the Reverend Dr. Dorothy O'Quinn officiating.
