Margaret Otey

Margaret W. Otey, 87, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2008 at the Colonial Heights Health Care Center. She was the daughter of the late Benjamin I. and Mennie Hamilton Watkins, and was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Y. Otey. Mrs. Otey retired from Brown & Williamson Tobacco Company. She is survived by her daughter, Ruth Kvasnicka and husband Louis Jr. of Prince George; two grandchildren, Susan Reiter of Prince George and Mark Kvasnicka and wife Karen of Hopewell; two great-grandchildren, Alan Kvasnicka and Andrew Reiter both of Prince George. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday November 18, 2008 in Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George with the Reverend Keith Jones officiating. The procession will leave the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard.
