Marianne Saunders

Marianne Lawrence Saunders, 81, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Thursday, March 25, 2010 surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of the late Wiley V. and Mae Johnston Lawrence and the widow of Curtis Lee Saunders Jr. She is survived by her sons, Curtis L. Saunders III of Colonial Heights, and David V. Saunders of Seaford, Delaware; her daughters, Patricia S. Reynolds of Colonial Heights, and Teresa S. Vinson and husband, Kenneth H. of Chester; a brother, Robert V. Lawrence and wife, Betty H. of Colonial Heights; three grandsons, Shaun R. Saunders of Bellingham, Washington, Matthew E. Wray, and Adam K. Vinson both of Chester; and a granddaughter, Jessica L. Vinson of Chester. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 29, 2010 at Colonial Heights Presbyterian Church, 211 Lynchburg Avenue, Colonial Heights, with the Reverend Paul Bonham officiating.
