Marie C. Vincent, 96, of Colonial Heights, passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at Southside Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Francis and Beulah Jennings Childress and the widow of Floyd Stanley Vincent Sr. Mrs. Vincent was a member of Ivey Memorial United Methodist Church. Survivors include three daughters, Marie V. Spinner of Joppa Towne, Maryland, Bert V. McCauley of Colonial Heights, Shelia V. West and husband, Mike of Marietta Georgia; one son, F. Stanley Vincent Jr., and wife, Dorothy of Colonial Heights; seven grandchildren, Floyd Spinner and wife, Mary Beth, Henry Spinner and, wife Angie, Tammy Mikkeon and husband, Erik, Chuck McCauley, Chris Spinner and wife, Charlotte, Amanda Vincent; Lee Vincent, three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 6, 2012 in Ivey Memorial United Methodist Church 17120 Jefferson Davis Highway Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834, with the Reverend Richard Geoghegan and the Reverend John Siegle officiating. Interment Blandford Cemetery Petersburg, Virginia. The family will receive friends Sunday, August 5, 2012 from 3-4:30 p.m. at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E.
