Marion Allison

Marion Christine Allison, 87, of Prince George, passed away Friday May 17, 2013. She was born on January 19, 1927 in Petersburg, Virginia. She was the daughter of the late Luther Lee and Lily Lee Foutz Lane, and was preceded in death by her husband Arthur Kinsley Allison, son Douglas O. Allison and a daughter, Brenda Allison Geisz. Marion lived most of her life in Petersburg, she and Arthur owned and operated the A&M Restaurant and the Busy Bee in the 60's and 70's. She was a loving and dedicated mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and will be missed by all. She is survived by two sons Arthur H. "Larry" and wife Nancy Allison, Rodney K., and wife Debra Allison, son-in-law Henry W. Geisz, seven grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Monday May 20, 2013 from 3:00-4:30 p.m. at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory 2033 Boulevard. Funeral services will be private.
