Marjorie B. Potter, 84, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at Southside Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Percy and Lucille Brockwell, and the widow of Robert Wesley Potter. She is survived by a daughter, Debra S. Walwer and husband, David of Colonial Heights; two sons, Robert W. Potter and wife, Michelle of Washington and William C. Potter and wife, Sharon of Chester; grandchildren, Alex McVay, Eric McVay, Sam Spaulding, and Lauren Walwer. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Grace Lutheran Church, 13028 Harrowgate Road, Chester, Virginia 23831 with the Reverend Richard J. Finck officiating. Burial will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, August 1, 2014 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E.
