Marsha Overholser

Marsha L. Overholser, 54, of Blackstone, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at her residence. Marsha was employed with Citizens Bank & Trust, and volunteered with numerous charitable organizations throughout the Richmond area. She is survived by a son, Matt Overholser and wife, Jamie of Chester; daughters, Melissa Wittmeyer and husband, Marc of Chesterfield, Michelle Overholser and partner, Mike Summersett of Chester; her father, James E. Thompson of Hopewell; mother, Lola Saylor of Blackstone; sisters Carol Thompson of Chesterfield, Kathy Koch of West Virginia, Judy Grant and husband, John of Colonial Heights; six grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 3:00 pm in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Home and Crematory 2033 Boulevard .with the Rev. Mike Lamphire officiating. The family will receive friends from 2-3:00 P.M. one hour prior to the service.
