Mary Allen

Mary Jane Foltz Allen, 92, of Colonial Heights, passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018. Mary Jane retired from Colonial Heights High School, where she was a devoted and admired English teacher. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Joe F. Foltz and Phil Allen; and twin brother, Frank D. McKenney, Jr. She is survived by her daughters, Jaye Short, Leslie Frye, and Tish Stouffs; six grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at Blandford Cemetery, 319 S. Crater Road, Petersburg, Virginia 23803, at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 18, 2018. Professional services provided by E.
