Mary Weaver

Mary Yeatts Weaver, 83, of Chester, passed away Friday, May 27, 2011 at Southside Regional Medical Center, Petersburg. Mrs. Weaver was preceded in death by a daughter, Judy Mayton. Mary is survived by her husband, Horace Weaver; two sons, Douglas Dennis of New Kent and Bobby Dennis of Smithfield; four step-sons, Wayne Weaver and wife, Kathy of Chesterfield, Michael Weaver of Chesterfield, Bruce Weaver and wife, Debra of Chester, and Ricky Weaver and wife, Yolanda of Chester; son-in-law, Bernard Mayton of Richmond; brother, Benjamin Yeatts of Kenbridge; 16 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will take place at Harrowgate Worship Center, 13811 Harrowgate Road, Chester, at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday May 31, 2011 with Reverend R.J. Reynolds and Reverend Lyndon Johnson officiating. Family and friends will meet at Crewe Cemetery, Crewe Virginia at 1:30 p.m. for the interment. The family will receive friends at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory 2033 Boulevard from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, May 30, 2011. Flowers are welcome or memorial donations may be made to the Harrowgate Worship Center.
