Michael Olin

Michael Sean Olin, 49, of S. Chesterfield passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2022. He was born in Port Jefferson on Long Island, New York on April 10, 1972. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bob and Sylvia Hunt. Michael served as a Family Services Specialist for Henrico Adult Protective Services for nearly 15 years and enjoyed playing pickleball, golfing, traveling, camping and fishing. He is survived by his wife, Kristle S. Olin; daughter, Tatum E. Olin; stepdaughter, Shae E. Sloan; stepson, Peyton R. Sloan; mother and father, Jere Anne Hunt Olin and Daniel J. Olin Sr.; brothers, Daniel J. Olin Jr. and Matthew J. Olin and his wife, Shannon L. Olin and nephews, Michael J. Olin, Luke D. Olin, Brayden M. Olin and Brecken J. Olin. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2021 at 10 a.m. at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834. A reception will follow at Paddy’s Irish Pub, 239 E. Broadway, Hopewell Virginia 23860.
