Michelle Diane Daniel Garrido, 45, of Chester, VA passed away on, Wednesday, October 28, 2015. Michelle worked as a Senior Benefit Analyst for Genworth Financial. She is survived by her loving husband, Fernando Garrido; two precious children, Gabriella and Carlos Garrido; her parents, Will and Sharon Daniel of Chester; a sister, Jennifer Baker of Grifton, NC; a nephew, Jacob Baker; three nieces, Kayla and Lily Baker all of Grifton, NC., and Arianna Garrido of Chadds Ford, PA; mother-in-law, Margarita Chavez of Quito, Ecuador; sisters and brothers-in-law, Monica Garrido of Quito, Ecuador, Luis Garrido of Chadds Ford, PA and Lillian Garrido of Bogota, NJ; and many aunts, uncles and many loving family members. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 31, 2014 at the E. Alvin Smalls Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834. Interment will follow in St. Ann Catholic Church Cemetery, S. Chesterfield, VA. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, October 30, 2015 at the funeral home.
