Mildred Edwards

Mildred A. Edwards of Hopewell Va., age 84, passed away on February 22, 2018 after a two-month illness. She is survived by her husband of 65 years Simon C. Edwards Jr., daughter Teresa Potter and son-in-law James Harrington, daughter Cindy Hadley and son-in-law Ken Hadley, granddaughter Lisa Broughton and great-granddaughter Haley Ritchey, grandson Christopher Broughton wife Yasmin Sanchez-Broughton and great-grandson Alex Sanchez-Broughton. Per her wishes she is being cremated with no viewing or service. We wish to remember her as she was in life: a caring, loving and generous woman whose sweet smile lighted up everyone's day.
