Mildred Stewart

Mildred B. Stewart, 92, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2011. Born in Crewe, Virginia she was the daughter of the late George W. and Frances Draucker Bailey, and was preceded in death by her husband, James B. Stewart Jr. She is survived by her son, James B. Stewart III of Colonial Heights; her daughter, Linda S. Hogwood of Colonial Heights; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 26, 2011 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard with the Reverend Mike Osborne officiating. Interment will follow in Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
