Miyoko Peters

Miyoko S. Peters, 78, of Prince George, passed away on Monday, July 18, 2011 at her residence. She was the widow of Richard I. Peters, and was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Charissa Nicole Peters. Mrs. Peters was a retired seamstress with J.C. Penney Company, with over twenty-five years of service. Mrs. Peters is survived by two sons, James Paul Peters and wife, Sherry L., and Felix I. Peters all of Prince George; and her grandson, James Richard Peters. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 22, 2011 in the Petersburg Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 3935 S. Crater Road. Interment Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Petersburg chapel.
