Nancy P. Bresko

Nancy P. Bresko, 71, of Prince George, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at Southside Regional Medical Center.  She was born June 16, 1952 to the late Andrew John Popoczy Jr. and Nell Bickings Popoczy Daniel.  Nancy was preceded in death by her son, Andrew Lee Bresko and her stepfather, Willis Lee Daniel.  She was a long-time employee for over 50 years at the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, and for the last 15 years she was an administrative assistant at the Crater Road Chapel. Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, George R. Bresko, her loving family at the funeral home, and many special friends. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the Crater Road Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 3935 S. Crater Road Petersburg, Virginia 23805. A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday in Southlawn Memorial Park, 1911 Birdsong Road, S. Prince George, Virginia 23805 with the Reverend David Prather officiating.  A funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 11:15 a.m. on Wednesday.
