Nancy Roberts

Nancy Lee Powell Roberts, 55, of Petersburg, died Monday, June 28, 2010 at Southside Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late William E. and Reba West Powell, and was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Unterzuber. Nancy was a retired employee of the Petersburg Health Department. She is survived by her husband, Randy Lee Roberts; sister, Judy Bragaw and husband, Rex of Chester; two brothers, Bill Powell and wife, Doshie of Dinwiddie, Keith Powell and fiancée, Diane Mann of Petersburg; numerous nieces, nephews; great nieces, great nephews; and her Pomeranians, Abby and Bear. A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 1, 2010 in the Petersburg Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Home and Crematory 3935 S. Crater Road 23803 with The Rev. Dr. Robert A. Diggs officiating. Interment Southlawn Memorial Park Prince George, Virginia. The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 30, 2010 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
