Nancy Rugani

Nancy Motley Rugani, 53, of Colonial Heights, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2011. Born in Petersburg, she is the daughter of the late Kedrick K. and Katherine Schulze Motley. Ms. Rugani was an Accounting Tech. for DECA, Fort Lee Commissary. She is survived by her daughter, Carly L. Rugani and boyfriend, Shawn Bailey of Colonial Heights; three brothers, K. Konrad Motley of Petersburg, Wayne Y. Motley of Oklahoma, and Gary E. Motley and wife, Donna of Colonial Heights; a sister, Lois Kallenberger and husband, Cris of Prince George; numerous special nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, May 7, 2011 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard with the Reverend David Prather officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
