Nancy Skinner

Nancy Carol Skinner, 50, of Ford, passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2014. Born in Petersburg, she was preceded in death by her father, James M. Jones. Mrs. Skinner was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, and currently employed with the Virginia Medical Group. She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Earl Skinner; her mother, Beth Jones of Colonial Heights; a sister, Karen Chamberlain of Church Road; mother-in-law, Trudy Lowe of Prince George; two brothers-in-law, Harwood Lowe Jr. of Midlothian and Johnnie Lowe of Prince George; a niece, Jamie Knox; and nephews, Michael Chamberlain, Jordan and Brandon Lowe. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard with the Reverend Dr. Andrew Brockelman officiating.
