Neil Lawrence Seifried

Neil Lawrence Seifried, 86, of Colonial Heights, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2024. He was born September 13, 1937, to the late Albert E. Seifried and Mary Ann Gagian Seifried, and was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lou Seifried, brother, Gary Seifried, daughter, Vicki Seifried Ellis, and grandson, Jeremy R. Mayberry.

 Neil was a veteran in the U.S. Army as a specialist fourth class. He was a devoted member of the Colonial Heights Auxiliary Police as well as the American Legion, post 284, and the Junior Chamber International. Neil had many interests and hobbies including animals, diving, dancing, and riding his motorcycle.

 He is survived by his daughters, Tammi Seifried Stover and Denise Wray, son, William Neil Seifried, grandchildren, Ashley Sheppard, Maranda Mayberry, Winni Warren, Heath Warren, Nikki Maitland, Blaze Seifried, Elke Namola, and Clint Bach, Stacey Vance, BB Seifried,  many great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. 

The family will receive friends on Monday, March 11, 2024 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard Colonial Heights, VA 23834. Funeral services will be private.
