. Norbert Brum "Yank" Goulart, 74, of Chester, Virginia passed away Friday, May 20, 2011 at his residence. He was the son of the late Nellie Lothian Goulart and Manuel Goulart and was preceded in death by his son, Robert Goulart; three brothers,Leonard B. , Paul B. and Manuel B. Goulart Jr. Survivors include two sisters, Elizabeth G. Sylvia and husband, Leo, Elaine G. Rocha and husband, Robert all of Fairhaven, Massachusetts; and caregivers, Michael Withers and Philip Higginbottom both of Chester, Virginia. Funeral services private.
