Norma Collins Draucker, 84, of Colonial Heights passed away on Monday, September 5, 2022. Born December 31, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Lilia McDaniel, and was also preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Lee Draucker, Sr.; and two sisters, Nancy Collins and Betty Bishop.
She was a longtime and very active member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church, where she sang in the St. Ann’s Bell Choir. She was also a member of the Southernaires singing group. After 55 years of dedicated service, she retired as a mammographer.
She is survived by her sons, Daniel Lee Draucker, Jr., Tommy Draucker and wife, Kelly; granddaughter, Ella Draucker; siblings, Pat Merritt and husband, Frank, Shirley Eichler, Charles Collins and wife, Marie; special nieces, Dana Hitchcock, Crystal Phelps; other nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 17, 2022 in Southlawn Memorial Park, 1911 Birdsong Road, S. Prince George, Virginia 23805. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Susan G. Komen 3-Day, P.O. Box 660843 Dallas, TX 75266-0843. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Colonial Heights Chapel of E.
