Olivia Stewart

Olivia W. "Billie" Stewart, 98, of Ettrick, died Monday, December 28, 2009 at Lucy Corr Village. She was the daughter of the late Joseph T. and Lillie D. Rowlett Westbrook, and the widow of Raymond C. "Doc" Stewart. Mrs. Stewart was a life long member of Ettrick United Methodist Church, the Ettrick Historical Society, and was retired from Chesterfield County Planning Department. She is survived by a son, David C. Stewart and wife, Pam of Chester; a daughter, Claudia E. Stewart of St. Charles, Illinois; a grandson, Lt. Commander Joshua Carlyle Stewart and wife, Caroline of Virginia Beach; a granddaughter, Amy Goss and husband, Chris of Austin, Texas; three great-granddaughters, Olivia & Sophia Stewart, and Claudia Goss; a niece, Barbara Cornell and husband, Bob of Richmond; sisters-in-law, Olive Gill, and Arline McClellan. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 31, 2009 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard with the Reverend Darwood Rowan officiating. Interment to follow in Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
