Otis "Lee" Newton, III, 57, of Colonial Heights, VA passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2016. Mr. Newton was born in Key West, FL and was preceded in death by a brother, Daniel K. Newton. Lee is survived by his mother and father, Otis L. Jr. and Geraldine Carawan Newton; one brother, Gary A. Newton and wife, Yolanda of Chester, VA; one nephew, Gary Alan Newton of Chester; a sister-in-law, Courtney Newton of Colonial Heights; a niece, Olivia Newton; and numerous aunts and uncles all of NC.
