Pamela "Diane" Case, 76, of Colonial Heights passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at her residence. She was born on October 28, 1940 in Thornbury, England in a cottage under a stairwell during an air raid. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Charles Browne and Dorothy Violet Andrews, as well as her husband, Richard Walter Case. Diane was a loving mother and homemaker. She is survived by her son, Kevin Richard Case and wife, Vilma E. Case; two daughters, Lorraine Bass and Janet Case McCord; five grandchildren, Colleen Michelle Hollis and husband, Steve, Nichole Lara Smith and husband, Travis, Richard Kevin Case, Jacob Reed McCord, Joshua Samuel McCord; sister, Marion Ball Reddington of England; brother, David Browne of England; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 27, 2017 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834. The family will receive friends Friday afternoon from 3:00-4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
