Pamela Stuart

Pamela J. Stuart, 55, of Amelia County Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, June 29, 2021. As a mother, her parenting was unconventional and comically unique. She loved to joke, and her laugh was contagious. Fast draw was one of her favorite hobbies along with spending time with her horse, Champ, spoiling her grandchildren, and being out in nature. Her presence brought joy to others, and she was often the life of the party. She was loved by many and will be missed by all those whom she has embraced. She was preceded in death by her father Tommy Ooten. She is survived by her daughters, Nichole Shaver and Stephanie Shaver; her mother Betty Ooten; her sisters Terrie DeClercq and Patty Hudson; and her grandchildren Joseph West, Lucas Ballos, and Gunnar Ballos.  A memorial service will be held 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E.
