Patricia Aken

Patricia Moore Van Aken, 83, of Kingstson, New York, formerly of Petersburg, passed away on Monday, October 24, 2011. Born in Petersburg, she was the daughter of the late Percy Y. and Dorothy Allen Moore, and was preceded in death by a daughter, Nancy Skiffington. Mrs. Van Aken was a retired Secretary with IBM. She is survived by a brother, Thomas B. Moore and wife, Barbara of Petersburg; a niece, Karen Lorelea Moore of Petersburg; a nephew, Thomas Bernard Moore Jr. and wife, Sandra of Chesterfield; an aunt, Elizabeth Moore of Claremont. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 29, 2011 in Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg with the Reverend James Blankenship officiating.
