Patricia Radcliffe

Patricia Hines Radcliffe, 59, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Monday, August 17, 2015 at John Randolph Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard H. and Ernestine Welch Hines; and an infant sister, Wanda Leigh Hines. Mrs. Radcliffe is survived by her husband, Donald F. Radcliffe; her children, Wanda Leigh Throckmorton and husband John L. Throckmorton and Richard Hines Radcliffe and wife, Mary W. Radcliffe; grandchildren, Scarlett Danielle Throckmorton and Courtney Radcliffe; step-grandchildren, Zachary Davis, Ayla Yates, and Mikey Fuller; great-grandchildren, Melody Hogwood and Daniel Morell; and her sister, Debbie J. Hirn. The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 21, 2015 at the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834 with the Reverend Mike Murray officiating. Burial will follow in Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg.
