Patricia Rodgers

Patricia M. "Pat" Rodgers Patricia M. "Pat" Rodgers, 72, of Colonial Heights, died on Friday, June 1, 2012 in Southside Regional Medical Center, Petersburg. She was born in Petersburg, Virginia and was the daughter of the late Thomas Ashby Maitland and Hilda Gordon Maitland. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emory Wayne Rodgers. Mrs. Rodgers is survived by four sons, Timothy Wayne Rodgers of North Chesterfield, Patrick Anthony Rodgers of Colonial Heights, Leonard Keith Young and wife, Janice Diane Young of Surry County, and Stephen Laverne Young of Colonial Heights; seven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren; one brother, William A. Maitland of Petersburg; numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, 2012 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard 23834 with the Reverend Jim Pfost officiating. Interment Blandford Cemetery Petersburg, Virginia. The family will receive friends Monday, June 4, 2012 from 7-8:30pm at the funeral home.
