Patsy Miller

Patsy D. Rawlings Miller, 73, of Disputanta, passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Ernest Leo Rawlings Sr. and Elvia Gray Elliott Rawlings. Mrs. Miller was a member of the Cornerstone Assembly of God. She is survived by her loving husband, Jack Craig Miller Jr.; sons, J.C. Miller III and wife, Teresa of Goochland, Ernest Wade Miller and wife, Kimberly of Prince George; grandchildren, Tiffany, Sara, Anthony, Justin, and a great grandson, Ayden; brother, Ernest Rawlings and wife, Carolyn of Hopewell, along with numerous other family members. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Home & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard 23834 with the Reverend Jason Marshall officiating. Burial to follow in Sunset Memorial Park Chester.
