Pauline Beryl Kirchoff

Celebrating the vibrant life of Pauline B. Kirchoff, who left an indelible mark on the hearts of those fortunate enough to know her. Pauline, 87, of Colonial Heights, VA, bid farewell to this world on April 15, 2025. Born in St. Paul, Minnesota, she graced Colonial Heights with her presence for nearly half a century, becoming a cherished member of the community.

Pauline was the embodiment of love and joy as a devoted mother, grandmother, aunt, friend to many and queen to one. Her legacy lives on through her daughter, Evelyn Hardwick (Steven); son Douglas Kirchoff (Amy); her favorite granddaughter Karly Kirchoff; her favorite grandson, Trent Kirchoff; and her nine nieces and nephews. She reunites in heaven with her parents, Paul Walter Edwin Utech and Beryl Evelyn Utech; and her sisters Charlotte, Janice, and Lois.

A passionate educator, Pauline spent her career shaping young minds, leaving an enduring impact on countless students. Her lively spirit found a home in the Red Hat Society, where she forged lifelong friendships that were as vibrant as her personality.

Pauline's zest for life was contagious. Whether cheering on sports team, enjoying a meal out, or engaging in a spirited game night, she cherished every moment spent with loved ones. Her warm and welcoming nature meant she never met a stranger, only friends she hadn't yet made.

Known for her generosity and foresight, Pauline had a knack for anticipating the needs of those around her, always offering a helping hand. Her humor and joyful presence will be deeply missed, leaving a profound void in the lives of her family and friends.

Rest in peace, dear Pauline. Your laughter, love, and light will continue to shine in our hearts. We love you dearly and will miss you forever.
