Peggy Mcdaniel

Peggy Detwiler McDaniel, 71 of Petersburg, passed away peacefully, Friday, April 16, 2021.  Peggy was born March 27, 1950 to the late Howard and Ethel Detwiler.  Peggy is survived by her husband of 47 years, Joe McDaniel; two sons, Jay McDaniel and Ben McDaniel; two grandsons, Ian McDaniel and Matt McDaniel; two great-granddaughters, Serina McDaniel and Emmy McDaniel; two brothers, James Detwiler and Allen Detwiler; and two sisters, Melinda Detwiler and Lillian Detwiler. She worked at Florida Hospital Heartland for 25 years. Peggy was an active member of the Walker Memorial Seventh Day Adventist Church where she was a pathfinder leader for 25 years.  She moved to Petersburg in 2008 and became active in the Petersburg Seventh Day Adventist Church.  A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.  Condolences may be registered ealvinsmall.com.
