Philip Arnold Douglas, 71, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020 in Petersburg, Va. Phillip was born February 23, 1949 in Cherry Tree, Pa. to the late David and Leeta Loman Douglas. Phil was a Retired Chief Petty Officer of the US Navy. He was a long-time resident of Greece. Phil was known to those who loved him as Dusty. He was more than a husband, brother, father, and uncle. He had a love for music and shared that love with anyone that would listen. He was cherished by many and will be missed dearly. Phil was also preceded in death by his two brothers George and Jack Douglas of Pa. and two sisters Anna Stitt of Pa. and Vivian Ruby of Fl. He is survived by his wife Vasiliki Douglas; daughter Konstantina Dorothea Douglas of Athens, Greece; his two brothers, Clifton Douglas of Pa. and Kevin Douglas of Pa., three sisters, Dorothy Abrams of Fl, Brenda Douglas of Fl, and Lucinda Douglas of Va; his wife’s sister Antigoni Nikolaou and brother Dimitris Nikolaou of Athens, Greece, and his numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. A graveside service will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2020 in Quantico National Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Road, Triangle, Va 22172. Condolences may be registered at www.ealvinsmall.com.
