Rachel Moser

Rachel F. Moser, 97, of Prince William, passed away on Sunday, May 16, 2021 at the Gainesville Health and Rehab.  She was born June 14, 1923 in North Carolina to the late William R. and Mamie Dale Wallace Flowers, and was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald T. Moser.  She is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law; Geraldine M. and Donald L. Raybould of Chester and Sharon K. Moser of Lake Ridge; grandchildren, Stephen L. and wife Tricia J. Raybould of Chesterfield and Michael D. Raybould of Henrico; great-grandchildren, Alyssa E. Raybould, Gabrielle N. Raybould, and Marley T. Raybould; as well as numerous nieces and nephews in Virginia and North Carolina. A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 21, 2021 at Southlawn Memorial Park, 1911 Birdsong Road, S. Prince George, Virginia 23805. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E.
