Randolph Arthur Jr.

Randolph Lee Arthur Jr., 86, of Colonial Heights, died Tuesday December 16, 2008 at Sitter and Barfoot Veterans Care. He was the son of the late Randolph Lee Arthur Sr. and Frankie Gettle Arthur and the widower of Charlotte C. Arthur. Mr. Arthur was a United States Army veteran of WW II and retired from Peoples Drug Store now (CVS) after many years of service as a Registered Pharmacist. He is survived by his children, Stephen L. Arthur and wife, Lori of Chesterfield, Virginia, Janet A. Bishop and husband, Ronnie of Colonial Heights, Joanne A. Davis and husband Craig, of Chesapeake; one sister June A Wilburn of Cleveland, Ohio; two grandchildren, Melissa L. Bishop and Laura J. Bishop both of Colonial Heights. A celebration of life service will take place Friday December 19, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. in the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory 2033 Boulevard with the Rev. Robert L.
