Raymond Horner

Raymond I. Horner, 86, of Sutherland, passed away on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at Southside Regional Medical Center. Born in West Virginia, he was preceded in death by his wife, Evaline Youngblood Horner, and a son, James Kenneth Horner. Mr. Horner attended St. Joseph's Catholic Church. He is survived by a daughter, Milly Belle Horner of Prince George. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 16, 2012 in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 151 W. Washington Street, Petersburg, Virginia 23803, with the Reverend William Rawlings officiating. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Petersburg Animal Control and Shelter, 1600 Johnson Road, Petersburg, Virginia 23805. Arrangements by the Petersburg Chapel of the E.
