Reb Cole Sr.

Reb R. Cole, Sr., 77, was born on October 4, 1938 to the late Charlie Edward Cole and Mandy Turnage Cole. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Harold, Henry and Tommy; and two sisters, Josephine and Sybil. Reb retired from Firestone in Hopewell, VA and was an avid sports fan especially the Redskins. Reb leaves many who will miss the love and laughter. He is survived by his best friend and fur baby, Jake; a son, Reb R. Cole, Jr. of Waverly, VA; two daughters, Tamara LaPlante of Pierre, South Dakota and Donna Field (Brian) of Prince George, VA. He leaves many grandchildren whom he loved dearly, Shannon and Michael Cole, Tiffany Starky (Zac), Rocky Thompson, Nikki Akins (Mat), Scott Crabtree (Alysha), Mandy Shaw (Jacob), Justin Vincent and Brianna Field. He also leaves eleven great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews. At Reb's request, there will not be a viewing. A memorial service will be held at a later date for friends and family. The family is being served by E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834.
