Regina Mullins

Regina Pichl Mullins, 60, of Chester, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2021 after a long illness. She was a native of Giessen, Germany, a homemaker, and had been a resident of Virginia for 22 years. She was preceded in death by her brother, Lothar Pichl. Regina is survived by her parents, Franz and Margot Pichl; siblings, Edith, Bettina, Angelica, Andreas, Michael, and Jürgen, all of Germany; husband, Basil Mullins; children, David Cagle, Matthew Cagle, Thomas Cagle, Nicole Mullins, Daniel Mullins, Andrew Mullins, Benjamin Mullins, and Andrea Mullins; and several grandchildren. Per her wishes, Regina will be cremated. A memorial service may be planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
