Reynaldo Samaniego

Reynaldo Daleva Samaniego, MSG (Ret), 67, of Prince George, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2011 at his residence. A native of Manila, Philippines, he was the son of the late Raymundo and Consolacion Pimentel Samaniego. Mr. Samaniego was a retired Master Sergeant with the U. S. Army, serving in the Vietnam War. He is survived by his loving wife, Eglicerda D. Samaniego; daughters, Rhea Harper and husband, Robert of Prince George, Regina Gulley of Istanbul, Turkey; a son, Richard Samaniego and wife, Megan of Pasadena, Md.; grandchildren, Reanna, Reynaldo, Rosalyn, Robbie, and Reese. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 9, 2011 in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 9300 Community Lane, Petersburg, Va. 23805 with Father Jay Wagner as celebrant.
