Richard Coleman Sr.

Richard Wayne "Dickie" Coleman, Sr., 66 of Prince George died Tuesday, December 9, 2008 at his residence. He was the son of the late Louis G. and Dorothy B. Coleman. Mr. Coleman was a retired self employed dry wall contractor. He is survived by his wife, Karen Coleman, four children, Shannon and husband Alvin Spence of Prince George, Richard W., Jr. and wife Darlene Coleman of Colonial Heights, Jessica Miles of Colonial Heights and Tami and husband Eddie Heath of Tennessee, a brother, Knox and wife Shirley Coleman of Church Road and eleven grandchildren. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 11, 2008 in the Petersburg Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Home & Crematory, 3935 S. Crater Rd. The Rev. Dennis Hay will officiate. The interment will be in Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
