Richard Cotter

Richard "Ricky" Leon Cotter, Sr., 43, of Matoaca, died on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at Henrico Doctors Hospital. He was born in Petersburg and was the son of the late, Cecil L. and Bonnie Graham Cotter. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bobby L. Cotter. He is survived by his wife, Victoria "Vickie" R. Cotter; three children, Richard L. Cotter, Jr., Cody R. Cotter and Matthew L. Cotter; sister, Janet Rook and husband, William of Petersburg; brother, James "Jimmy" Cotter and wife Tammie of Petersburg. Also survived by several nieces and nephews and many close friends. A memorial service will be Saturday, July 26, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, with the Rev.
